Where available, we may offer Short Messaging Service ("SMS") to keep you updated on the status of your vdocument attestation. The delivery of SMS messages depends on several factors, such as mobile network traffic and whether your mobile phone is reachable and switched on. Since we are not a mobile network operator, we cannot guarantee the delivery of SMS messages.

• You confirm that you have provided an accurate mobile number and that you are the legitimate user of the phone.
• You acknowledge that using someone else's mobile number or providing incorrect details may lead to the disclosure of your confidential information, which will be at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time, with or without prior notice

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal and financial application data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. Your data may be stored and processed at our data centers located in the EU, UK, India, or other location as necessary.

We may share your information with the relevant diplomatic missions and authorities for document processing purposes. Your data will be purged within the stipulated time as per the guidance of the Ministry.
